About Us
A community-based nonprofit rooted in Miami
In 2026, motivated by a desire to inform, educate, and provide health screenings, care, and outreach — especially for children, adults, and seniors in underserved communities — Naylam Rosellon, APRN, established Naylam Care Mission, Inc. We are a community-based organization delivering preventive health screenings, chronic disease education, transitional and supportive care programs, senior wellness outreach, and community health workshops and events across the Miami metropolitan area.
We're governed by a three-member Board of Directors, with a staff of therapists, consulting physicians, licensed clinicians, nurses, social workers, mental health and substance abuse counselors, teachers, case managers, and health educators who are specially trained to address the complex needs of the individuals and communities we serve.
